Beat Egg Chicken Soup

Cut the chicken into pieces, add water, put to boil the broth. When the water boils, reduce the heat so that the water does not boil violently, collect foam. Leave to cook for 5-10 minutes. Peel, dice potatoes and add to broth.

While boiling potatoes with chicken, peel the onions and carrots, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the onions finely.

Fry everything quickly in vegetable oil.

Add to soup. Salt and pepper to taste, cook for another 5-10 minutes. Check if potatoes are ready.

Beat a little egg in a bowl.

Quickly stirring the soup with a spoon in the center, pour eggs in a thin stream.

Cut greens, add to soup. Give a minute to boil and remove from heat. The soup is ready.

Simple Chicken Soup Recipe

A very light, but nevertheless satisfying soup, in which we add pasta. It can be vermicelli, noodles or rice funchoza - to your taste.

You will need: 1.5 liters of chicken stock,

  • 300 g chicken
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 1 medium onion,
  • 2-3 medium-sized carrots,
  • 2 handfuls of small noodles,
  • greens to taste,
  • spices - bay leaf, pepper, chili or paprika.

If you want, you can additionally add more vegetables, for example, a tomato or half a cucumber.

    Cook the chicken broth. Then the meat can be taken apart into small pieces for soup. To make the finished dish tastier, fry the chicken in olive or butter with sweet paprika, then return to the broth.

Chicken meat after cooking in the broth can be served in different ways.

Ready soup must be infused for 15 minutes

By the way, if you do not like frying, then you can not do it. For example, to save time, I just put raw chopped onions and grated carrots in a boiling broth. Everything is cooked literally 5 minutes. And if you wish, you can add potatoes to the soup. Cut it into cubes or slices (I usually cut it as thin as possible so that it boils faster), put in the broth. When the potatoes soften, add the noodles, and after a couple of minutes - the rest of the products.

Egg and Dumpling Soup

Another way to make our soup more satisfying is to add dumplings to it. Cooking will take more time, but it's worth it.

Dumplings - a great addition to chicken soup

  • 500 g chicken (soup set),
  • 1.5–2 liters of water,
  • 1 onion,
  • 1 carrot
  • 2-3 peas of allspice,
  • Bay leaf,
  • salt.

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. l butter
  • 5-7 Art. l flour
  • 130 ml of water or milk,
  • salt.

  • 2-3 potatoes,
  • 1 onion,
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • a bunch of fresh herbs
  • cooking oil for frying,
  • salt pepper.

  1. On medium heat, cook the broth, salt it, toss the onion and carrot (peeled, but not chopped), add seasoning. Cook a little more than half an hour so that the broth boils slightly.
  2. When the broth is cooked, remove the chicken from it and disassemble it into pieces of meat. Take out the vegetables - they are no longer needed. Put the potatoes, chopped as you like, and let the broth cook for another 10-12 minutes.

In the dough for dumplings, proteins and yolks need to be driven separately

The consistency of the dough should be slightly thicker than for fritters

Spread the dumplings into the broth more conveniently using teaspoons

The soup is almost ready when the dumplings surfaced

We spread the potatoes, cut into cubes.

Pour in water. I have everything together in a volume of 3 liters. Turn on the "soup" mode, time 1 hour.

Shake the eggs with a fork.

A few minutes before the soup is ready, pour the eggs in a small stream, stirring occasionally.

Salt to taste. Of seasonings, I like to add paprika and turmeric for a beautiful golden color to this soup.

If you cook it on the stove, then:
1. Boil the meat until cooked.
2. Take it out, cut into slices and send it back with chopped potatoes and vegetables fried in advance.
3. Pour the eggs into the finished soup, let the soup boil. All is ready!)
